Federal states: Lower Saxony and Hamburg (Germany)

Cities & metropolitan areas with at least 100,000 inhabitants

  • Hannover, Braunschweig, Osnabrück, Oldenburg, Wolfsburg, Göttingen, Hildesheim, Salzgitter, Lüneburg

Communities south of Hamburg within max. 50 km radius:

  • District of Harburg: e.g. Buchholz in der Nordheide, Seevetal, Winsen (Luhe), Rosengarten, Jesteburg, Tostedt
  • Southern District of Stade: e.g. Horneburg, Apensen, Buxtehude (fringe area)
  • Communities in the Hamburg metropolitan area (southwest & southeast): e.g. Neu Wulmstorf, Stelle, Hollenstedt, Hanstedt
  • Focus on good accessibility to Hamburg via A1, A7, or Metronom/regional rail

Acquisition Parameters

Minimum number of residential units: 8 units

Target groups: Singles, couples, families

Plot size from approx. 800 m² (depending on location and density)

Preference for compact, inner-city or town center locations

ESG potential available, e.g. through need for renovation

No contaminated or legally burdened land plots
